• Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi): Orders received by 11:00 AM will be delivered on the same day within Nairobi. Standard shipping fees apply.
• Next-Day Delivery (Outside Nairobi): For locations outside Nairobi, we offer next-day delivery through our trusted partner, Wells Fargo. Shipping fees will be capped at Kes 500.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
